No one was answering on the comm. He tried to reach the SUV and the hummer and nothing. Damn it. They were in the back of the building. The other teams were in the front or on the roof. He could not risk sending either of his groupmates to the others so he was just going to have to wing it.

Hopefully the group on the roof could figure out that things had gone to shit.

"We're going in then," he muttered. "Gadget, stay between me and Gwen. Don't look around, just call out the direction to the rift, got it?"
